About the Role: As an STNA, you will be responsible for providing direct care to our residents, including assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also be responsible for monitoring vital signs, reporting changes in resident condition, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to work effectively with residents, families, and staff will be key to your success in this role.
