FG Bulk Picker & Shipper Position Overview:

The FG Bulk Picker & Shipper handles finished goods movement from pick to shipment. This role picks and stocks products, packs and ships outbound orders through UPS and FedEx, and maintains inventory accuracy through cycle counts and data entry. The role requires forklift operation and adherence to 5S workplace organization standards.

This is a Temp-to-Perm position with a 90-day conversion.

Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Primary Responsibilities:

• Pick orders accurately and efficiently based on daily pick tickets and priorities.
• Sort product by sales grade and pack for bulk sale.
• Prepare bulk outbound orders-scan, pack, palletize, wrap, band, and provide weights and dimensions.
• Maintain packing inventory for bulk products.
• Stock and replenish finished goods in designated warehouse locations.
• Pack products securely for outbound shipment, following packaging standards.
• Ship outbound packages through UPS and FedEx, including label generation and carrier documentation.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliation.
• Perform data entry to record inventory movement, shipments, and stock adjustments.
• Operate a forklift safely to move, stock, and stage products.
• Maintain the work area to 5S standards (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).

Requirements & Experience:

• Knowledge of general parts stockroom practices and procedures.
• Proven success in maintaining proper inventory levels and counts.
• Knowledge of computer parts is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up and follow-through skills.
• Integrity and ability to work independently.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
