Swim Academy Operations Manager

American Swim Academy®'s Senior Management team is looking for a career-driven Operations Manager to join our team in Fremont. The Operations Manager will be responsible for assisting Senior Management in the operation of the facility. Your duties will include swim instruction, member service, deck management, and special projects. Schedule Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday. The schedule will vary with opening and closing shifts. Must be able to work some nights as late as 8:45 p.m. Qualifications and Skills Service-driven management experience Experience in aquatics or recreation Responsibilities Be the point of contact between management, staff, and members Responsible for assisting in the management and training of all school staff Responsible for teaching classes and in‑water training Compensation $22.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience Quarterly Bonus (earned based on revenue achievement) Benefits Full‑time employees are offered a comprehensive benefits package including sick pay, medical, vision, and dental. 401k retirement options available after one year of employment Comprehensive training program 50% off swim lessons for family members American Swim Academy® has been the Bay Area's trusted swim instruction facility for over 45 years.
