- Feel confident during complex situations with readily available specialty backup, including MFM, Gyn Onc, Urogynecology, and Neonatal NPs.
- Manage laboring patients, deliveries, and postpartum care in a patient-centered LDRP model.
- Address GYN emergencies and perform indicated procedures.
- Provide supportive backup to CNMs, including occasional clinic coverage in the attached MOB.
- Assist in complex surgical cases alongside a Gyn Oncologist when needed.
- Partner with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, seamless care for patients and families.
- Annual deliveries: ~700
- Team composition: 1 OB Hospitalist, 4 Midwives (growing to 6) + PRN coverage, 2 part-time and 3 full-time OBGYN generalists
- Specialty support: Maternal-Fetal Medicine (nearby), Urogynecology, GYN Oncology, Inpatient Neonatal Nurse Practitioners
- NICU: Level III, 5 beds
- Unit setup: 6 LDRP rooms in a cohesive, team-oriented unit; 2 Operating Rooms; 10 postpartum beds

Qualifications Qualifications Minimum Education:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) Required or
- Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Required
- Licensed Medical Physician and Surgeon Upon Hire Required or
- Licensed Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Upon Hire Required
- Completion of a OB/GYN residency. Upon Hire Required
- Administrative skills.
