Responsibilities:

• Install a variety of window types, ensuring precision and quality.
• Measure and cut window frames to fit specific openings accurately.
• Communicate with clients about project timelines and installation processes.
• Ensure all installations comply with safety regulations and company standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing windows.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a window installer or in a related field.
• Knowledge of window installation techniques and safety protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
