Road Supervisor

Pay: $25.00/Hour + Full Benefits + Annual Pay Increase Multiple Shifts - Both AM and PM - Available! Essential Job Functions Supervision and Management: Oversee the performance and conduct of drivers ensuring adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory compliance. Operational Oversight: Monitor daily operations, including driver schedules, route efficiency, and service quality. Address and resolve operational issues in real-time. Safety and Compliance: Conduct regular safety inspections and audits. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including FTA/DOT ADA requirements. Customer Service: Address passenger complaints and concerns promptly and effectively. Promote a positive image of Transit Team in all interactions. Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to drivers and staff. Foster a culture of continuous improvement. Incident Management: Respond to and manage incidents and emergencies on the road. Prepare and submit detailed incident reports. Drug & Alcohol Process: Participate in the management and enforcement of the Drug & Alcohol testing process, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. Coordination and Communication: Collaborate with dispatchers, schedulers, and other team members to ensure smooth operations. Experience No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided. Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and planning skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks accurately and effectively. Willingness to learn and adapt to new software, for scheduling and dispatching. Strong problem-solving skills. Commitment to providing excellent customer service. Education High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional coursework in Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus. Additional Requirements Certification: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. CDL with passenger endorsement preferred. Must maintain a valid driver’s license and DOT medical card. Availability Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
