Quality Control Technician

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality audits, inspections, and verification checks on the production floor.
- Monitor GMP, SOP/SSOP compliance and maintain quality documentation.
- Conduct product testing, lab checks, swabbing, and equipment calibrations.
- Support HACCP programs, food safety initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Review COAs/COCs and communicate quality issues with cross-functional teams.
- Assist with employee food safety training and compliance activities.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of food manufacturing quality experience preferred.
- Knowledge of HACCP, SQF/GFSI, GMP, sanitation, and food safety programs.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
- Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
- Ability to work 3rd shift and support a manufacturing environment.
