Job Description - Oracle SQL and Unix Application Support Engineer

Location: Cleveland (Onsite)
Experience Required: 8-10 Years

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting enterprise applications in regulated environments
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Oracle Databases and SQL
  • UNIX/Linux administration and Shell Scripting
  • Batch Processing and Scheduled Job Execution
  • Production Support and Incident Management
  • Oracle SQL and Stored Procedures
• Experience working on systems subject to regulatory oversight, audits, and examinations
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience with Oracle Financial Crimes Platform (FCP FCCM) v8.x, preferably v8.1.1
• Familiarity with AML concepts including:
  • Transaction Monitoring
  • Alert Review
  • Case Management Workflows
• Experience supporting applications integrated with multiple upstream and downstream systems
• Experience operating in T2/T3 or CI Owner support models
• Exposure to financial services regulatory frameworks:
  • BSA/AML
  • OFAC
  • CTR/SAR Processes
