Job Position: Sewing Machine Operator

Location: Charlotte, NC 28213

Pay Rate: $15.50/hr

Shift: 7:30am-4pm

What You'll Do

As an Industrial Sewing Machine Operator, you'll play a key role in producing high-quality sewn products while maintaining safety and efficiency throughout the manufacturing process.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Safely inspect sewing equipment and safety devices before each shift.
• Set up industrial sewing machines by threading machines and changing bobbins as needed.
• Operate a variety of industrial sewing equipment.
• Sew fabric, leather, and other materials according to production specifications.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Repair minor sewing defects when necessary.
• Read and follow work orders to produce accurate, consistent results.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
