Position Summary Seeking an HR Attorney to provide legal counsel on all employment matters. Responsibilities include advising on employment law, handling employee disputes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting HR and management with strategic legal guidance. Key Responsibilities Advise management on employment laws, regulations, and best practices. Review, draft, and update company policies and procedures for compliance. Coordinate with outside counsel on employment litigation matters. Recommend resolution strategies for employee disputes and complaints. Negotiate and draft employment contracts, severance agreements, and related documents. Advise on disciplinary actions, terminations, and sensitive employment issues. Conduct training sessions for HR and management on employment laws. Stay current on employment law changes and communicate updates to leadership. Maintain and update the employee manual as needed. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree and Florida Bar License (required). 5-10 years of proven experience as an Employment Lawyer (corporate or business setting preferred). Extensive knowledge of employment laws and legal procedures. Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines. Strategic thinking and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Spanish or Creole language skills are a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
