Role Description

forREAL is seeking a Full Stack Engineer for a full-time, on-site position in Danvers, MA. The role includes designing, developing, and maintaining scalable front-end and back-end software solutions that enhance and optimize the platform’s performance. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration across software components, and contribute to the overall functionality and user experience of the platform. You will also be involved in troubleshooting, code reviews, and deploying applications efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Back-End Web Development, including building and managing server-side logic and databases.
• Expertise in Front-End Development and a solid understanding of user interface design and integration.
• Proficiency in Full-Stack Development, enabling the ability to work across the stack from databases to user-facing features.
• Knowledge of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to create visually consistent and responsive web applications.
• Experience in developing software and web applications with a focus on scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
• Prior experience in AI or tech-driven startups, particularly in 3D visualization or real estate tech, is a plus.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of industry experience in software engineering.
• Bachelors degree in CS.
• Strong knowledge developing in React/ Next.js.
• Strong knowledge developing in Django.
• Strong Knowledge developing in SwiftUI iOS.
• Strong knowledge writing testable code, and testing using PyTest.
• Experience with Azure cloud service platform.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Willing to work onsite in our office in Danvers, MA.
