Nurse Practitioner

Lead and manage the daily operations of the clinic Assess, diagnose, and treat patients at an advanced practice level Prescribe medications within regulatory guidelines Manage rehabilitation, therapy, and return-to-work programs with ES&H leadership Conduct quarterly internal audits and maintain accurate medical records Ensure adherence to client procedures, health standards, and safety protocols Manage staff performance appraisals and disciplinary matters Foster continuous learning and professional development Oversee pharmacy security, medication control, and operating procedures Implement jobsite health plans, preventative medicine initiatives, and mental health programs Monitor and report patient trends, diagnoses, staffing changes, and well-being activities Lead meetings, mentor staff, and build healthcare partnerships across the organization Manage occupational health case management and drive continuous improvement through audits and reporting Requirements Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program 3 years of emergency/urgent care experience Occupational medicine experience Current North Carolina Nurse Practitioner license in good standing ACLS CPR/AED ATLS BLS Mental Health/First Aid Instructor certification Knowledge of medical practice and occupational health Knowledge of medical policies, regulations, and procedures Skill in developing and maintaining records, writing reports, and responding to correspondence Skill in developing and maintaining medical quality assurance and quality control standards Ability to react calmly, objectively, and effectively in emergency situations Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Strong interpersonal skills Ability to analyze and interpret data to evaluate clinical performance Excellent written and oral English Ability to reliably commute to the work site in Holly Springs, North Carolina for scheduled shifts Previous experience working with Workers Compensation, DOT, and OSHA Regulated Exams desirable Core Competencies Demonstrates advanced clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment capabilities as a Nurse Practitioner, with a strong focus on occupational health and adherence to medical regulations.
