Senior Electrical EngineerSelectek has partnered with a growing design engineering firm that is looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer with experience in the design of data centers. Job duties include:Leading the development of design solutionsProviding technical design support to the design teamPreparing schematic designs, construction documents, and specifications in compliance with project program and building designCoordinating designs with other disciplines, manufacturers, and vendorsPerforming field surveys and observationsEnsuring the completeness and accuracy of construction documents and coordination with other disciplinesQualifications:BS in Electrical Engineering15 years minimum work experienceLicensed engineer, NCEES accreditedExperience in design of MV (34.5 kV) power distribution systemsGeneral understanding of HV design power distributionStrong background on conductors, conduits, and ground sizing per NEC requirementsStrong understanding of load calculations, demand factors, fault current, and voltage drop calculationsExperience with AutoCAD and Revit requiredExperience preparing arc flash and breaker coordination analysisCompetency in Microsoft Office Suite and BluebeamMastery of the model codes with specific focus on NFPA codesLocation: Peachtree Corners, GADuration: PermanentSalary: $150-$170KIf you are interested or would like more information on this position, please contact View email address on click.appcast.io or call View phone number on click.appcast.io
