Highlights Pay: $40.00 - $67.87/hour Location: Dover, NH Facility: Wentworth-Douglass Hospital Schedule: Per Diem What You'll Do Interpret the plan of medical care and assess patients. Make clinical decisions regarding nursing care. Ensure nursing care is provided safely and competently. Provide individualized nursing care and evaluate nursing care for groups of patients. Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records. Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions or side effects. Record patients' medical information and vital signs. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions. Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Modify patient treatment plans based on patients' responses and conditions.
