Chi cerchiamo Una Contract & Claim Engineer da inserire presso la nostra sede di Milano nell’ambito della Global Business Unit LOCAL ENERGY INFRASTRUCTURES, Divisione BtoB Energy Projects, Dipartimento Construction. Nel ruolo di Contract & Claim Engineer riporterai al Contract & Claim Manager e lavorerai insieme al Project Management Team nella gestione contrattuale di progetti complessi (inclusi data center, HV/MV substation, photovoltaic plants, CCHP plant) nel settore EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction). Sarai responsabile della gestione del ciclo di vita dei contratti dalla fase di negoziazione alla fase esecutiva, assicurando la corretta applicazione delle disposizioni contrattuali e contribuendo alla tutela della posizione contrattuale dell’azienda. Il ruolo prevede un coinvolgimento diretto nella gestione di varianti, claim, corrispondenza contrattuale e rischi di progetto, lavorando in stretta collaborazione con Project Director, Project Manager, Procurement, Planning, Cost Control e Legal. Quali saranno le tue responsabilità? Partecipare attivamente nella negoziazione e definizione dei contratti EPC, di subappalto e di fornitura, collaborando con le funzioni Legale, Procurement e Project Management. Analizzare la documentazione contrattuale e commerciale (contratto, condizioni generali, specifiche tecniche, BoQ), identificando rischi contrattuali e obblighi operativi rilevanti per la fase esecutiva. Garantire la corretta trasposizione “back-to-back” degli obblighi contrattuali nei contratti con fornitori e subappaltatori. Coordinare la raccolta dei contributi degli stakeholder interni ed esterni fino alla finalizzazione dei documenti contrattuali. In coordinamento con il Project Management Team, gestire operativamente i contratti attivi e passivi, assicurando il rispetto delle disposizioni contrattuali, delle scadenze e dei requisiti formali previsti dai contratti stessi. In coordinamento con Project Management, Project Control ed Ingegneria, presidiare il processo di Variation Management, analizzando modifiche di scopo e istruzioni del cliente/direzione lavori/PMC e valutandone gli impatti tecnici, temporali ed economici, inclusa l’analisi di BoQ, prezzi unitari e cost breakdown. Identificare e gestire claim per costi aggiuntivi e/o estensioni dei tempi (EOT), collaborando con Planning e Cost Control nella raccolta e strutturazione delle evidenze tecniche ed economiche. Gestire la corrispondenza contrattuale e le notifiche previste dai contratti attivi e passivi, monitorando eventi rilevanti ai fini contrattuali (ritardi, interferenze, istruzioni, modifiche progettuali). Partecipare alle negoziazioni relative a varianti e claim con cliente, direzione lavori, PMC, subappaltatori e fornitori. Collaborare con Project Director, Construction Manager, Planning e Cost Control per assicurare una gestione integrata degli impatti contrattuali su tempi, costi e rischi di progetto, contribuendo all’identificazione e alla mitigazione dei rischi contrattuali e commerciali. Monitorare le garanzie contrattuali e bancarie di progetto in coordinamento con Corporate Finance e collaborare con il team di Project Control nella corretta applicazione delle disposizioni contrattuali relative alla fatturazione. Segnalare tempestivamente alle funzioni Legal & Procurement eventuali situazioni suscettibili di evolvere in controversie e supportare la gestione di eventuali dispute. Che cosa porterai in Engie? Laurea in Ingegneria, Giurisprudenza, Economia o discipline affini. Esperienza nella gestione di contratti di costruzione complessi, preferibilmente in contesti EPC nel settore energia, infrastrutture o data center. Conoscenza delle principali forme contrattuali internazionali, con particolare riferimento ai contratti FIDIC (preferibilmente Yellow Book e Silver Book). Esperienza nella gestione di varianti contrattuali, claim e negoziazioni economiche con clienti, fornitori e subappaltatori. Capacità di analizzare documentazione tecnico-commerciale (BoQ, prezzi unitari, cost breakdown). Ottime capacità di negoziazione, analisi e problem solving. Capacità di lavorare efficacemente in team di progetto multidisciplinari. Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata. Ottima padronanza del pacchetto Microsoft Office.
