PLASTIC SURGEON

Job Description

A premier, well-established practice in HICKORY, NC is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Plastic Surgeon to join a rapidly growing team. This role combines both cosmetic and reconstructive procedures, offering the right physician the ability to step into a high-volume, modern surgery center with an established patient base. This is not a boutique cosmetic or wellness focused practice. The surgeon must be comfortable seeing 40-50 patients per day and thrive in a fast paced and high volume enviroment.


Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of elective aesthetic procedures with reconstructive surgery as well.
• Significant focus on Mohs closures and skin cancer reconstruction.
• Manage reconstructive cases and follow-ups in an outpatient clinical setting.
• Collaborate with an experienced support team, including Physician Assistants and aestheticians.
• Maintain the highest standards of patient safety, clinical care, and pre- and post-operative evaluations.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
• Active and unrestricted NC Medical License (or ability to obtain).
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-first focus.
