- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage scheduling and coordination of staff assignments and client appointments.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with industry standards.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new employees.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and payroll processes accurately and timely.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, staff, and external partners.
- Support management in budget preparation and financial reporting.
- Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in office software and management systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in the healthcare or home care industry is a plus.
- High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
