What You’ll Do

Our House of Ogden LLC is hiring a Graveyard CNA/MT to support residents overnight and help maintain a calm, safe environment. This full-time, onsite role is based at 446 No. Jefferson Ave., Ogden, UT 84404.

Responsibilities:
- Provide basic resident care and comfort measures during overnight hours
- Assist with mobility, hygiene, and routine personal care as needed
- Observe and document changes, and communicate updates to the care team
- Support medication-related tasks within your CNA/MT scope and facility procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized care area and follow safety protocols

Required qualifications/skills:
- Current CNA certification (and MT credential if required for assigned duties)
- Reliable attendance for graveyard shifts; strong communication and teamwork
- Ability to follow care plans, respect privacy, and use sound judgment

Overnight Rhythm

Your shift begins with a quick handoff and a walkthrough to get oriented to the night’s priorities. The pace is steady and quiet, with time to complete documentation, check in on residents, and stay alert to anything that needs attention. You’ll coordinate with coworkers as needed, keep communication clear, and help the unit stay settled through the early morning hours—ending with a smooth update for the incoming team.
