Job Overview Assist with monitoring SharePoint for clinic updates, communicate changes, and support reporting. Evaluate patient service center flow and monitor patient wait times and other key call center metrics. Serve as a resource to all staff regarding call center operations and provide training to new hires. Act as a liaison between medical/dental clinics and the call center, answering all incoming television calls for the clinics. Manage scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation of appointments. Screen and transfer phone calls, answer patient questions, handle appointment confirmations, and perform patient registration. Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a call center environment. Compensation $25.00 - $30.44 hourly. The range is subject to change and is influenced by budget, experience, skills, education, licensure, and certifications. The role may also qualify for discretionary bonuses or incentives.
