We’re Hiring: Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer with a strong focus on packaging design to join our growing creative team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a deep understanding of dielines and product development, and can seamlessly design across multiple brands. You will play a key role in bringing products to life while ensuring consistency and excellence across all visual touchpoints. Key Responsibilities Design and execute packaging and label artwork across multiple product lines Create and manage dielines, ensuring accuracy for print production Develop in-store planograms (POGs), retail signage, end caps, and floor displays Design web assets including banners, PDP images, and web tiles for both brand sites and retail partners Produce marketing materials and sales collateral to support launches and campaigns Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels Maintain and uphold brand consistency across a portfolio of 6 brands Prepare and review files for print, working with vendors to ensure quality execution Qualifications Strong portfolio with a focus on packaging and product design Proven experience working with dielines and print production processes Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Preferred Traits Experience working in the beauty industry - retail environments and merchandising assets Ability to think both creatively and strategically across different brands Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly #J-18808-Ljbffr It's a 10 Haircare
