Finance Intern

What you’ll do Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Finance Intern to join our team within a manufacturing environment. This internship is designed to provide both educational and hands‑on experience in key financial functions, including Field Accounting, Operations, and Budget Management. The intern will gain practical exposure by applying academic knowledge in a professional setting while supporting real‑world financial processes. Support budget review and analysis processes Assist with monthly "flash" reporting review and variance analysis Help track and monitor operational expenses and financial performance Assist with field accounting activities, including data collection and reconciliation Support preparation of financial reports and presentations Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather financial information Perform basic data entry, analysis, and documentation tasks Participate in process improvement initiatives within the finance function Qualifications Actively enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Finance or Accounting Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above (please don't round) Relocation is not provided for this role. Candidates must reside within 50 miles of the El Paso, TX site.
