Job Description

Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment with a guaranteed 30 hours per week, starting as soon as possible. This role involves providing specialized rehabilitative care to patients to promote optimal recovery and mobility.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patient function.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and injury prevention strategies.
• Document patient interactions and treatment outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications:

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience in a clinical setting providing physical therapy services.
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Willingness to start immediately and commit to 13 weeks.
