Job Details 3+ years of branch, store, or operations management experience within wholesale distribution, HVAC, industrial supply, or related industry Experience leading customer-facing teams, warehouse operations, and delivery staff Strong relationship-building skills with contractors, business owners, and commercial customers Ability to oversee branch operations including inventory, shipping/receiving, and customer service performance Experience managing and mentoring inside sales or counter sales teams Understanding of operational metrics, profitability, and branch performance management Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities HVAC, building products, mechanical supply, or industrial distribution experience strongly preferred Interested in hearing more?
