Apollo Men’s Health is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner who is familiar with hormone replacement therapy, in both male and female patients to join our dynamic team. Collaborate with our team of physicians and healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' medical history, symptoms, and laboratory results. Prescribe and manage hormone replacement therapy, including testosterone replacement therapy, estrogen replacement therapy, and other hormonal medications. Assess and evaluate treatment effectiveness and adjust therapy as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes. Provide patient education on hormone replacement therapy, its benefits, potential risks, and side effects. Assist in monitoring and managing patients' ongoing hormonal health, including regular follow-ups, lab work, and medication adjustments. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational requirements. Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, referrals, and further diagnostic testing as needed. Stay updated with the latest research, developments, and treatments. Qualifications Valid and active Nurse Practitioner license in TX. Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program. Experience in hormone replacement therapy in both male and female patients (preferred). Excellent clinical assessment and diagnostic skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care. Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems. Attention to detail and excellent time-management skills.
