Quick Lube Service Advisor

We are seeking a Quick Lube Service Advisor to provide exceptional customer service and support vehicle maintenance needs. Salary & Benefits Starting salary: $30,000 to $40,000 per year, plus bonus. Opportunities for advancement. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with quick lube and maintenance services. Provide information about services, pricing, and estimated wait times. Communicate with customers to understand their needs, explain services, provide estimates, and ensure satisfaction. Recommend oil change options and additional services based on manufacturer recommendations and vehicle condition. Serve as a referral point for full‑service repairs to sister stores. Keep customers informed about service status and completion times. Prepare and present service invoices, process payments, and handle billing inquiries. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, services performed, and follow‑up actions. Coordinate with lube technicians to relay customer requests and ensure timely service delivery. Inform customers about current promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs. Ensure the customer waiting area and quick lube area remain clean, organized, and safe. Address and resolve customer issues or complaints promptly and effectively. Qualifications Professional appearance and proven ability to work in a process‑driven environment. Valid driver’s license and at least 18 years of age. Availability to work a minimum of five days per week, including weekends. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for excellent customer service. Organizational skills for managing appointments, records, and multiple tasks. Problem‑solving ability to address and resolve customer issues professionally. Sales skills to recommend additional services and promotions. Basic computer skills for scheduling, billing, and record‑keeping. Team collaboration skills to work with lube technicians and other team members. Work Conditions Full‑time position with potential weekend and evening shifts. Mainly performed in a service garage setting with exposure to weather conditions, noise, and vehicle exhaust.
