Terrific opportunity for a TAS Manager (healthcare experience ideal, not required) to lead a team and work remotely with a well established and growing company!
Responsibilities
- Manage and review buy & sell side engagements
- Review quality of earnings, debt, working capital
- Aptitude to understand and evaluate financial and operational trends of target companies, in addition to challenging target assumptions
- Assist and lead sections of due diligence meetings with target management
- Create and design tailored reports specific to key issues, such as normalized earnings, financial reporting, networking capital trends, and indebtedness considerations
- Prepare due diligence reports, summarizing key findings, risks, and recommendations, to support decision-making by clients
- Supervise, train, mentor and evaluate Seniors, Associates
Qualifications
Healthcare experience is ideal but not required. Demonstrated ability to lead a team and participate in due diligence discussions.
Compensation
Base pay range: $125,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr
Additional compensation: Annual Bonus (10% target)
