Role Description The EUC Engineer/Architect is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Warrendale, PA/Pittsburgh PA. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining end‑user computing (EUC) solutions, including desktop, application, and virtual workspace environments. Daily responsibilities include assessing user requirements, defining EUC architecture standards, configuring and optimizing EUC platforms, and coordinating with infrastructure and security teams to ensure reliability and compliance. The EUC Engineer/Architect will troubleshoot complex EUC issues, manage upgrades and migrations, document solutions and best practices, and support project planning and execution. Collaboration with cross‑functional teams, participation in technical reviews, and continuous evaluation of emerging EUC technologies are core aspects of the role. Qualifications: Need experience with Intune & Mobility areas Demonstrated skills in Architecture, including designing scalable and secure EUC solutions and defining technical standards. Experience with Project Management, including planning, coordinating, and delivering EUC initiatives within scope, schedule, and budget. Background in Civil Engineering or related engineering disciplines that reflects strong analytical thinking, structured problem‑solving, and systems design (or comparable technical experience). Exposure to Construction or implementation environments where infrastructure deployment, integration, and phased rollout are managed effectively (or similar implementation experience in IT). Strong Teamwork capabilities, including collaboration with IT, security, and business stakeholders, and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly. Proficiency with EUC technologies such as Microsoft 365, Windows desktop management, VDI solutions (e.g., VMware Horizon, Citrix), and endpoint management tools (e.g., Intune, SCCM). Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, identity and access management, and endpoint security best practices. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Relevant certifications (such as Microsoft, VMware, Citrix, or EUC‑specific credentials) are preferred.
