Tax Director

We are working with a global organization that is looking to add a Director of Tax to the global tax function. This is a high-impact opportunity for a tax leader who enjoys being both strategic and hands-on — someone who can partner with executive leadership while also driving the technical and operational aspects of a complex global tax function. What makes this role compelling: Oversee federal, state, local, and international tax compliance Own quarterly and annual tax provision / ASC 740 processes Drive tax planning and provide guidance on acquisitions, restructurings, and international operations Partner with Finance, Legal, Treasury, Operations, and executive leadership Oversee transfer pricing, intercompany transactions, and global supply chain tax matters Lead tax audits and manage external advisors Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation Build, mentor, and develop the tax team What we’re looking for: 10+ years of progressive corporate tax experience Strong U.S. federal, state, and international tax background Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leadership This is a great fit for a tax professional who wants to have a voice at the leadership table, and make an impact across a global organization. #J-18808-Ljbffr
