Fabrication Operator

Schneider Electric

Join our production team as a Manual Cell Operator and play a key role in delivering quality products. This hands-on position offers the chance to work in a collaborative environment where your attention to detail and commitment to excellence make a real difference.

What will you do?
  • Assemble components and products following detailed specifications and standardized processes
  • Inspect finished products to verify quality and ensure adherence to standards
  • Work closely with team members to achieve production goals and maintain efficient workflows
  • Keep your work area clean and organized while promptly reporting any equipment issues
What are the key skills we are looking for?
  • Customer Orientation - intermediate level; ensuring product quality meets internal and external customer expectations
  • Drives for Results - intermediate level; meeting production targets while maintaining quality standards
  • Digital Literacy - developing level; using digital tools and systems to track production data
  • Operational Health and Safety Management - developing level; following safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment
  • Problem Solving - developing level; identifying and escalating production issues quickly
  • Quality Control & Inspection - developing level; inspecting products to ensure they meet specifications
  • Automation Integration - foundational level; working alongside automated systems in the production process
  • Lean Methodology - foundational level; supporting continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor
