What will you do?- Assemble components and products following detailed specifications and standardized processes
- Inspect finished products to verify quality and ensure adherence to standards
- Work closely with team members to achieve production goals and maintain efficient workflows
- Keep your work area clean and organized while promptly reporting any equipment issues
- Customer Orientation - intermediate level; ensuring product quality meets internal and external customer expectations
- Drives for Results - intermediate level; meeting production targets while maintaining quality standards
- Digital Literacy - developing level; using digital tools and systems to track production data
- Operational Health and Safety Management - developing level; following safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment
- Problem Solving - developing level; identifying and escalating production issues quickly
- Quality Control & Inspection - developing level; inspecting products to ensure they meet specifications
- Automation Integration - foundational level; working alongside automated systems in the production process
- Lean Methodology - foundational level; supporting continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor
