Tactical Security Ambassador - Flex Team

GardaWorld Security Services is Hiring a Tactical Security Ambassador – Flex Team Must have at least five years of security experience, be 21+ years of age, and hold baton, OC spray, and handcuff permits. Must be willing to work in San Francisco and East Bay sites and available on any day of the week and any shift (day, swing, or overnight) as scheduling needs may vary. Key Responsibilities You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location. You work indoors and outdoors in variable environments. You provide rapid response in critical situations. You write detailed reports. You enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards. You patrol sensitive areas to spot suspicious activity. You react quickly to threats or incidents. You detain and search individuals. You document incidents and actions taken. You respond to alarms and conduct on‑site checks. You collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents. You ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property. Qualifications State security license (BSIS Guard Card) and at least 32 hours of BSIS security training. HS Diploma or GED. Authorization to work in the U.S. Minimum five years of security experience. 21+ years of age. Baton, OC spray, and handcuff permits. Willingness to commute to San Francisco and East Bay sites. Include current security resume. First aid certification is an asset. Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time. Security, military, or law‑enforcement experience is a plus.
