Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor & Delivery (L&D) – Nights

Contract | Night Shift | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Labor & Delivery unit during night shift hours
• Monitor and assess laboring patients, interpret fetal monitoring data, and respond to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective delivery outcomes
• Float to Postpartum unit as needed based on census and staffing requirements
• Complete required learning modules and maintain compliance with all facility standards prior to and during assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona, verified within the last 30 days, with no disciplinary actions or hits on record
• Minimum of 24 months of Labor & Delivery experience, with experience within the last 12 months
• Postpartum experience required
• Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Active NRP certification from an approved vendor
• Active AFM certification from an approved vendor
• Valid driver's license required to verify residency
• L&D skills checklist completed within the last 12 months

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
• Flexibility with facility locations, shifts, and departments is strongly advantageous
