For more information about TrailRunner International, go to Job Title: Presentation Designer Experience: 3-5 years Location: New York, Dallas, Nashville or San Francisco Salary Range: $80,000 to $100,000 (This salary range applies to candidates based in New York, NY or San Francisco, CA. Compensation for candidates in other locations may vary based on geographic differentials and experience.) The Role We are seeking a talented Presentation Designer with 3-5 years of experience to create high-impact, visually compelling presentations for both TrailRunner International (TRI) and our clients. This role sits within a fast-paced PR agency environment and requires a strong design sensibility, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex narratives into clear, engaging visual stories. The ideal candidate has experience working in-house or within an agency setting and is comfortable collaborating across teams to support business development, client engagements, and executive communications. Key Responsibilities Design and produce polished, professional presentations in PowerPoint for TRI and a diverse portfolio of clients Translate complex ideas, messaging, and data into clear, visually engaging slides that support strategic narratives Partner with account teams, strategists, and leadership to develop compelling storytelling frameworks for client deliverables and new business pitches Maintain and evolve TRI and client-specific presentation templates to ensure brand consistency Adapt design styles to reflect different client brands, industries, and tones of voice Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven agency environment Incorporate feedback quickly and efficiently, often under tight timelines Ensure high standards of quality, accuracy, and visual consistency across all deliverables Skills and Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in presentation design, graphic design, or a related field Experience in an in-house or agency environment preferred Experience supporting client-facing presentations, pitches, and executive communications Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven agency environment Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (required) Knowledge of motion/animation within PowerPoint (preferred) Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Strong portfolio demonstrating presentation design and visual storytelling skills Solid understanding of layout, typography, color, and data visualization best practices Ability to simplify complex or technical information into clear visual formats Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Familiarity with data visualization tools and chart design What Success Looks Like Delivering high-quality, on-brand presentations for both TRI and clients Enhancing the clarity and impact of strategic messaging through design Supporting successful client engagements and new business efforts Building strong, trusted relationships with internal teams and stakeholders Benefits 15 days Paid Time Off per annum + 3 floating holidays + 9 paid holidays Medical/Dental/Vision coverage for employees and families with opportunity to enroll in HSA 4 months paid Parental Leave 401K plan with traditional and Roth options Opportunities to enroll in Flexible Spending accounts and Commuting accounts Company paid basic life insurance of $50,000, long-term disability, and short-term disability coverage Company paid access to a wide range of health and well-being resources and services including telephonic counseling, legal advice, and other services Additional Information While performing the duties of this job, employees are regularly required to sit, walk, and stand; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands repetitively to handle, feel, or operate standard office equipment; reach with hands and arms; and lift up to 25 pounds.
