Responsibilities The assistant coach for women's basketball is responsible for all aspects related to assisting the head coach with conducting practices and competition, individual development, assisting with recruiting and contacting prospective student‑athletes and promoting/maintaining positive public relations. Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree. Two years college basketball and/or coaching experience. Working knowledge of Synergy and JustPlay software. Valid driver's license. Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree. Experience coaching or playing at the DI level. For a degree to be considered, it must be conferred from a regionally accredited degree‑granting institution of higher education (or equivalent from an international accrediting body).
