Joining the Business Systems team, the full-time Associate Business Systems Administrator will manage day-to-day configuration, support, and maintenance of Salesforce and other financial management systems, while driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Key responsibilities Serve as a systems administrator and technical subject matter expert for Salesforce and other related platforms Manage user setup, permissions, profiles, workflows, reports, and system integrations Collaborate with the Business Systems team to prioritize requests and support continuous improvement initiatives Required qualifications 1-3 years of experience as a Systems Administrator Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on existing systems and processes Strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree preferred Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
