Senior Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer

We are seeking an experienced Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer with 8+ years of hands-on development experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PolicyCenter configuration, integrations, customizations, application enhancements, and production support within enterprise insurance environments.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, customize, and enhance Guidewire PolicyCenter applications.
- Develop and maintain integrations between PolicyCenter and other enterprise applications.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex application issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.
- Provide production support, including incident analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Follow Guidewire development best practices, technical standards, and solution design principles.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and geographically distributed delivery teams.
- Manage priorities and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on development experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter.
- Strong experience with PolicyCenter configuration, integrations, customizations, and application enhancements.
- Proven experience providing production support for PolicyCenter applications.
- Strong understanding of Guidewire development best practices, technical standards, and solution design principles.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter and/or BillingCenter.
- Insurance industry experience, particularly with Personal Property and Commercial Property lines of business.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale insurance applications in complex, integrated environments.
- Experience working with geographically distributed or global delivery teams.
