A full-service regional law firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate Attorney to join its Chambers ranked employment practice in Charlotte, North Carolina.

The firm is seeking an ambitious associate who is looking for an opportunity to play a key role across a diverse mix of sophisticated employment-related disputes in state and federal court and before administrative agencies, along with employer counseling, workplace investigations, and day-to-day advisory work. The successful candidate would have a pathway to quickly taking ownership of substantive litigation functions, including discovery, depositions, and hearings.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of employment litigation and counseling experience in the large law firm or sophisticated boutique settings

• Stellar academic credentials
