Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) For 2nd Shift
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for 2nd Shift, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our residents throughout the evening. You will be responsible for assisting with resident activities of daily living throughout the evening; ensuring the safety and comfort of our residents. You will assist in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment in our healthcare facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive personal care and assistance to residents throughout the evening shifts.
- Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobility support.
- Document care provided and maintain accurate records in accordance with facility policies.
- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of residents' living areas and assist in maintaining a pleasant environment.
- Respond promptly to residents' needs and requests, providing compassionate and respectful care.
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to the care planning process.
- Following facility policies and procedures while adapting to any changes in resident care plans.
