Description
The Clinical Pharmacy Specialist assists the pharmacy management team in the provision of clinical pharmacy services within a specialty area (e.g. critical care, oncology, medicine, surgery).

Required Qualifications:
- PharmD Pharmacy Or
- Bachelor's Degree BS in Pharmacy
- Upon hire: Oregon Pharmacist License
- 2 years PGY2 residency training - or - PGY1 residency training and 2 years of experience within relevant practice setting - or - a minimum of 4 years of experience in specialty practice setting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Within 2 years of hire: BPS Board Certified Pharmacist

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
