Operations Support Associate

Summary The Operations Support Associate helps ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a retail store. This primarily non-selling role supports inventory processing, stockroom organization, sales-floor replenishment, customer service, and store presentation. Responsibilities Process freight, deliveries, merchandise tags, RFID scans, replenishment, transfers, and ship-to-home orders. Maintain organized stockroom and sales-floor inventory, and support stock checks and merchandise delivery. Assist customers and sales-floor team members, process transactions, and maintain clean sales and fitting-room areas. Participate in visual merchandising and uphold store presentation standards. Collaborate with team members, attend training, and support front- and back-of-house operations. Requirements Back-of-house experience or similar experience in a high-volume specialty environment is preferred. Effective communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships. Ability to lift or climb as needed, including lifting up to 30 pounds.
