Provide a professional, welcoming, and exceptional customer experience throughout the entire sales process. Use consultative selling skills by asking questions, listening carefully, and understanding each customer's needs and budget. Learn and maintain expert knowledge of Hyundai products, features, technology, options, and current inventory. Conduct professional and engaging new and used vehicle demonstrations. Assist customers throughout the purchase process while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service. Follow up with customers after the sale to build relationships, generate referrals, and encourage repeat business. Develop effective techniques for overcoming objections and confidently navigating sales situations. Maintain accurate customer information and follow dealership sales processes. Work closely with the Sales Manager and team to achieve individual and dealership goals. Stay motivated, professional, and positive while bringing your A-game every day. Requirements Qualifications Previous automotive sales experience is a plus, but paid training is available. Customer service, retail, hospitality, or other sales experience is welcomed. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset. Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to build your own book of business. Ability to learn and retain product knowledge. Professional and well-groomed appearance. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen. Why D’Arcy?
