Job Overview


Tekberry is seeking a Scrum Master II to support Agile delivery for a logistics-aligned platform or functional team for our client, a leader in automotive technology and digital innovation.


This role focuses on team execution, delivery stability, and Agile best practices , ensuring that teams are organized, aligned, and consistently delivering high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Facilitation & Team Execution
• Serve as Scrum Master for a dedicated Agile team
• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies
• Ensure team alignment and accountability

Planning & Backlog Management
• Partner with Product Owners on backlog readiness
• Support sprint planning and execution
• Ensure work meets Definition of Ready/Done

Delivery & Coordination
• Track sprint progress and delivery commitments
• Manage cross-team dependencies
• Communicate risks and status updates

Team Support & Impediment Removal
• Identify and resolve blockers
• Maintain team productivity and flow
• Support continuous improvement initiatives

Stakeholder Collaboration
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders
• Ensure clear communication across teams
• Support delivery alignment with business goals

Required Qualifications
• 2-4 years Scrum Master experience
• Strong Agile knowledge (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience managing backlog and sprint execution
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Experience working in cross-functional teams
• Must be local to Atlanta and able to work hybrid

Preferred Qualifications
• CSM or similar certification
• Experience with enterprise platforms (Oracle, Salesforce, etc.)
• Experience in logistics or operations environments
