Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Greenville, SC area A growing manufacturing company is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative/Executive Assistant to support customer accounts, order processing, shipping documentation, and executive leadership. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal teams while ensuring accurate and timely communication. Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for customer accounts and inquiries. Process RFQs, quotations, pricing updates, and customer orders. Review customer releases, forecasts, and purchase orders for accuracy. Prepare shipping documents, bills of lading, certifications, and customer-required paperwork. Support executive leadership with scheduling, reports, presentations, travel arrangements, and correspondence. Maintain accurate records and assist with special projects and process improvements. Qualifications Required: Manufacturing experience. Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal). High School Diploma or GED. Must be VERY detail oriented. Customer service, administrative, account management, or inside sales experience. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Preferred: ERP system experience. Experience with customer portals and EDI. Logistics and shipping documentation experience. Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
