What You’ll Do

• Manage financial activity for assigned programs and funding sources
• Prepare and post journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy
• Perform monthly reconciliations and support close processes
• Assist with financial reporting and variance analysis
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on budgets and expenses
• Support audit preparation and compliance requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Solid accounting foundation (GL, journal entries, reconciliations) - bonus if this has been withing non-profit/grant accounting
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities
• Dependable, consistent, and self-motivated
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred OR equivalent years of experience

✅ Helpful experience:

• Exposure to fund or project-based accounting
• Experience working in a multi-entity or complex environment
• Familiarity with accounting systems and reporting tools
