Piedmont Driving Club is seeking a Dining Room Server Assistant for the main clubhouse. In this role, you support our dining room team in delivering an exceptional member experience through attentive service and a well-maintained dining environment. You provide water, bread, and beverage service to members and guests, assist with table setup and clearing, and ensure dining areas remain clean, organized, and presentation-ready. You take pride in the details, anticipate guest needs, and contribute to a seamless dining experience for members and their guests.

Provide water, bread, and beverage service to members and guests Set, bus, reset, and crumb tables throughout service Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining rooms and service stations Assist servers with food and beverage delivery as needed Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards Complete opening, closing, and side work duties

High school diploma or GED required Previous busser, server assistant, or hospitality experience preferred Exceptional customer service and communication skills Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Private club or hospitality experience is a plus
