Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit. Meet and greet our customers and check them into their hotel room upon arrival. Answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay. Setting up for Meeting &Events. Running / working Meeting & Events.
