Travel Interventional Technologist - $3,226 per week

Position Overview TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a travel position in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Duration: 13 weeks, 40 hours per week, 8‑hour days. Employment type: Travel. Responsibilities Operate fluoroscopic equipment and assist physicians with minimally invasive, image‑guided procedures. Prepare and observe patients undergoing procedures, reporting abnormal activity. Confirm patient identification, review imaging requests, explain procedures to patients. Assist in scrubbing all diagnostic and interventional procedures. Monitor patients during all procedures. Demonstrate knowledge of radiation protection standards, devices and techniques for patient and operator safety. Demonstrate knowledge of physiology and anatomy relevant to IR procedures and interpret examination requests accurately. Operate intravenous (IV) and dye injector pumps. Maintain accurate patient records. Use McKesson PACS system. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of recent acute care experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist. BLS, ACLS, and ARRT (R) National Certification required; state‑specific licensing as required. Vascular Interventional certificate preferred. Ability to stand and walk for long periods, bend, lean or stoop without difficulty. Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology and medical terminology. Additional certifications: BLS, ARRT (VI), CCI, 2 Years. Pay & Benefits Pay package based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week; tax‑free stipend amount is to be determined.
