Avionics Technician

Avionics TechnicianWe are seeking skilled Avionics Technicians to support contracts involving phase maintenance and resets on CH-47s, UH-60s, and SH60s. Candidates with experience in modifications, installations, and troubleshooting will excel in this role. The ability to route, run, and terminate wires is essential.ResponsibilitiesPerform avionics modifications and installations on military helicopters such as CH-47s, UH-60s, and SH60s.Conduct phase and depot level maintenance.Route, run, and terminate wires accurately.Read and interpret wiring diagrams.Engage in troubleshooting and repairs of avionics systems.Essential Skills4+ years of experience in avionics.Experience with AH-65, CH-47, or UH-60 helicopters is highly preferred.Ability to read wiring diagrams.Experience with crimping and pinning wires.Proficient in routing and terminating wires.Additional Skills & QualificationsMilitary helicopter experience is considered valuable.Fixed wing experience is acceptable with strong troubleshooting skills.Crimp and pin experience is required.Why Work Here?Join a team with an open-ended contract offering the potential to go direct, with performance-based raises and monthly reviews. The position is a first shift role, from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. No tools are required for this role.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Huntsville, AL.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $36.00 - $40.00/hr.
