You’ll support and enhance the tools, platforms, and processes that power our global brands.You are naturally curious, highly organized, and energized by learning. As VF continues to modernize its planning ecosystem, you’ll play a critical role in testing, learning, adapting, and scaling what works.Let’s break down that day-in-the-life a bit more.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport global planning technology platforms used across merchandise financial planning, assortment planning, allocations, replenishment, pricing, and forecasting.Analyze data outputs from planning tools to identify trends, risks, gaps, and opportunities across brands and regions.Strong project management skills managing x-functional teams ensuring on-time milestone execution.Run team scrums, escalates risks, identify efficient fixes, and build strong relationships across brands and commercial partners to execute collaborative tasks on time/early.Leverage emerging AI tools and frontier models to automate workflows, enhance analysis, and improve day-to-day efficiency.Partner cross-functionally with Global Planning, IT, Data, and Product teams to support initiatives and ensure alignment.Assist with requirements gathering, UAT testing, documentation, and rollout support for planning technology enhancementsManage multiple workstreams simultaneously, maintaining exceptional organization, prioritization, and follow-throughTranslate technical or analytical findings into clear, concise insights for non-technical stakeholdersSupport governance, data quality checks, and standardization across global planning processesContinuously learn and adapt—quickly building expertise in new tools, systems, and planning concepts as VF’s ecosystem evolvesWhat do you need to succeed?We all have unique skills that we bring to work and celebrate every day. While formal education in a related field is valued, we are most interested in your analytical mindset, learning agility, and ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.Foundation Skills3–5 years of experience in analytics, planning, project management, technology, or a related business-facing analytical role preferredBachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Supply Chain, Information Technology Systems, Business, or equivalent experience.Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including comfort working with large datasets and structured problem-solvingFamiliarity with AI-assisted workflows, automation tools, and generative AI use cases or demonstrated learning agilityExceptionally organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholdersHigh learning agility with enthusiasm for adopting new tools, technologies, and frontier AI capabilitiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work cross-functionally and coordinate effectively across global teamsExperience translating data and analysis into actionable insightsComfort working in evolving, ambiguous environments with changing requirementsNice to HaveExposure to planning tools (e.g., MFP, forecasting, allocation, replenishment, pricing etc.)Experience using Jira, Confluence, and other project management toolsExperience supporting enterprise technology implementations or transformationsExperience using SQL, Python, Excel, Power BI, or similar analytical toolsHiring Range:$95,040.00 USD - $118,800.00 USD annuallyIncentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
