The Account Manager may have sent this out to some of you already, but I wanted to get out to my list, which has some cross-over.Target Referral Fee: $8-$10/hr (dependent on pay rate and LCAT level for candidates – once you send over I will dictate the Referral Fee after reviewing the rate and matching LCAT)Must be US Citizen and eligible for DoD Secret Clearance – for journeyman level clearance is a hard requirement; for senior and master level we can process clearance.Yes, we will consider relocation candidates, and I would also target candidates who have military background previous as they may be more interested in relocating and getting a clearance.
