**Requirements**
- Valid CA RN license required
- BLS certification required
- 2 years of clinical experience in trauma, neuro, vascular, ortho (3 years preferred)
- Required competency in general, robotics, GU/GYN, plastics, ENT OR procedures
- Experience with Epic EMR required

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Provide skilled nursing care in the operating room setting.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes during surgery.
- Assist in positioning and preparing patients for surgical procedures.
- Maintain sterile techniques and assist with instrumentation as needed.

**Compliance / Notes**
- Orientation: Approximately 40 hours.
- Call duties required, distributed every 6 weeks, including nights/evenings/weekends.
- Must be willing to work two of the three major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year).
- Travelers may be expected to float to sister facilities as needed.
